This orange smoothie is perfect for when you could use a vitamin boost and energy kick. Deliciously sweet with a tang to it. In addition, the ginger, turmeric and red pepper prevent bloating and they also have anti-inflammatory properties.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
1 mango
1 large carrot
200 ml of fresh orange juice
Juice of half a lemon
2 cm ginger cubes
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Pinch of red pepper
PREPERATION
Cut the mango and carrots into small pieces, peel the ginger and then place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth and serve. For an extra cold smoothie, add a frozen mango to the smoothie. Then sit down and enjoy.
